Line Cook Responsibilities

• Making sure your area and the surrounding area is clean and organized
• Work with the manager on duty to verify your station is fully stocked for the meal period
• Assemble items as needed
• Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
• Comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
• Maintain a stocked station throughout the meal period
• Maintain station to meet/exceed Health Dept standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitation
• Properly maintain equipment per manufacturer’s and company specification
• Participate in ongoing training and development
